Trying this for the first time. For many years, my sleep has been off due to years of shift work and personal stress. Part of my overall issue is lack of and poor quality sleep. Friend recommended your product to me about a year ago he gave me some. I tried it. It helps me go to sleep. I would recommend this to anyone to try and see if it works. I’ve tried a lot of things before I tried this product and they did anything this one helps me to relax and go to sleep. I always make sure I never run out.

I actually combine this with my prescription. Its spendy with the shipping (10 bucks) but comparable products are competitively priced on Amazon. This would not put me out on its own. However when combined with my prescription I wake up after 5 hours of solid rest having little or no recollection of my sleep. I am reordering now and if I continue to find it useful I’ll order say 5 bottles to make the $150 minimum. I wouldn’t hesitate to try it.
