Not as strong as a great cup of Kava Tea brewed in Hawaii, but I utilize these Kava Chill capsules regularly. The capsule avoids the tongue-numbing of Kava Tea, but that is for real Kava Tea drinkers to experience.

I use this every night after work to relax and wind down from the day. Been using for on my way to a year now. Only thing is they get you with the shipping. I’d be more apt to donate money to help out if my order didn’t come out to be 40 bucks.
