Introduction

Welcome to the Dr. Jones' Naturals Affiliate Program, operated by DJN Operating Group LLC ("Dr. Jones' Naturals," "we," "us"). This program rewards affiliates for referring new customers to our products. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, particularly the sections on Required Disclosure and Product Claims, which place legal obligations on you as well as on us.

Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older, reside in the United States, and have either a valid method of receiving payment or an active customer account able to hold store credit.
2. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. Employees and contractors of Dr. Jones' Naturals, and members of their households, are not eligible without written approval.

Program Participation

1. Affiliates receive a unique referral code and/or link to share.
2. Commissions are earned on qualifying sales directly attributable to that code or link.
3. You are responsible for ensuring your promotional methods comply with all applicable laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines, CAN-SPAM, and the TCPA.
4. You may not use your own code or link on your own orders, or on orders placed for members of your household. Self-referred orders earn no commission and may result in termination.

Required Disclosure

1. Every post, video, story, email, or message in which you promote our products must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you receive compensation. Acceptable disclosures include "#ad," "paid partnership," or "I earn a commission from this link."
2. The disclosure must be visible without the viewer clicking "more," and must not be buried among hashtags or placed where it is easily missed.
3. This is required by the Federal Trade Commission. Failure to disclose is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

Product Claims

This section is the most important in these terms. Our products are dietary supplements and personal care products, not drugs, and what you say about them creates legal exposure for both of us.

1. You may describe our products only using the benefit statements on the Approved Claims list we provide when you join. Do not invent claims or repeat claims you have seen elsewhere.
2. You may not state or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease or medical condition.
3. You may not present our products as a substitute for medical care, and you may not offer medical advice in connection with them.
4. You may not make claims regarding weight loss, disease risk reduction, or clinical outcomes.
5. Whenever you state a product benefit, include this disclaimer: "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."
6. You may share your own genuine personal experience with a product, provided it does not imply a disease claim and is accompanied by the disclaimer above.

Prohibited Promotion

1. Coupon and deal sites. Posting your code to coupon or deal aggregator websites, including Honey, CouponBird, RetailMeNot, and similar services, is strictly prohibited. Report any unauthorized use of your code to us.
2. Paid search. You may not bid on "Dr. Jones' Naturals," our product names, or misspellings of either in any paid search or shopping campaign, and you may not use our marks in display URLs.
3. Unsolicited messaging. No unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages, or automated outreach.
4. Impersonation. You may not present yourself as an employee or official spokesperson of Dr. Jones' Naturals, or as Dr. Jones.
5. Misrepresentation. No false or misleading statements about pricing, availability, discounts, or the terms of this program.
6. Domains and accounts. You may not register domain names, social accounts, or handles containing our trademarks.

Resale Prohibited

1. Products purchased using your affiliate discount are for personal use only.
2. You may not resell our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or any other marketplace, storefront, wholesale channel, or retail outlet.
3. Violation results in immediate termination, forfeiture of all pending commissions, and closure of your customer account.

Commission and Payment

1. Commission rates and reward types are set per program and may change at our discretion. We will notify you of changes.
2. Commissions are approved after a 30-day holding period that matches our customer return window.
3. Returned, cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders earn no commission, and any commission already credited for such orders will be deducted from your balance.
4. Cash payouts are issued monthly once your balance reaches $50. Store credit is applied directly to your Dr. Jones' Naturals account.
5. All commissions are subject to review and verification. We may delay or withhold payment while we investigate a suspected breach of these terms.
6. Commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, or overly aggressive marketing methods are void.
7. You are responsible for all taxes on amounts you receive. If we pay you $600 or more in cash commissions in a calendar year, you must provide a completed Form W-9, and we will report the payments on Form 1099-NEC.

Content and Intellectual Property

1. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our brand assets solely to promote our products under these terms.
2. You may not alter our logos, product labels, or other brand assets without our prior written consent.
3. You grant Dr. Jones' Naturals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, and republish content you publish that features our products, across our own marketing channels, with attribution where practical.
4. You represent that any content you publish is your own or properly licensed, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Confidentiality

Non-public information we share with you, including commission structures, product roadmaps, unreleased products, and the Approved Claims list, is confidential and may not be disclosed without our written consent.

Termination

1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
2. Upon termination you must immediately stop using our branding, promotional materials, referral links, and codes.
3. Commissions accrued but unpaid may be forfeited if the relationship is terminated for breach of these terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DJN Operating Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your promotional activities, your breach of these terms, your failure to disclose a material connection, or any product claim you make that is not authorized under these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Dr. Jones' Naturals will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Amendment

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.

Agreement

By participating in the Dr. Jones' Naturals Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You understand that violation of any term may result in termination of your participation and forfeiture of accrued commissions.
