I'm bad about going to the dentist and the last time I got a cleaning it had been a long time. I had a good(bad) amount of plaque but only one cavity. The oral hygienist was surprised my teeth were in as good a shape as they were and she asked what I did to care for them. I told here about this toothpaste and how long I had been using it and also that I avoid sugar and flour and do intermittent fasting and such and she said this is what saved my teeth. Awesome product.

Best toothpaste I ever used. I dont want to use any other product after trying Dr. Jones Naturals. But all these products have been sold out for almost a year. So disappointing.
